If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process under the following terms:

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Products purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as earrings, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
